Our guest today is Kristi Oliva, Learning Program Manager at Amazon.. Kristi, like many in the L&D field, started as a teacher in formal education. She made the move over to corporate learning and development and is now a Program Manager at Amazon. Since many people in the talent development space come from education, I wanted to sit down and chat with her about how she made that transition and how she has been so successful.
