Do you believe in accountability?
If you're an educator, then you should. As a matter of fact, the head of school at Faith Baptist School, Damian Ahrens, says that accountability has been key for them in dealing with problems and staying true to their mission statement. He also said that they were able to get through the problems—all through the lens of faith.

[27:09] I have 100%, we had financial support
[28:47] I've got an 80 year old mentor
