So you're ready to attempt your first dial session. Or maybe your tenth (for some reason it's not getting easier). You know you have to dial in order to run appointments. And you know you have to run appointments if you want to write a policy and...get paid. Since it all starts with dialing, the pressure is on.

Your palms are getting sweaty. Your heart jumps up into your throat. You find every excuse in the world to put it off: your cat needs more water, you should check the mail...your shoelace is untied. Everything inside you says run the other direction.

I don't know about you, but I just described my first dial session.
