Dr. Bill Schindler is an archaeologist, primitive technologist, author of "Eat Like A Human", Co-star on the National Geographic survival show "The Great Human Race" and founder of Modern Stone Age Kitchen.

Dr. Schindler has traveled all over the world to study how our ancestors ate and survived using tools and cooking techniques. He put the lessons he learned into the book "Eat Like A Human" and has dedicated his life to educating people on the human diet.
