Astrology highlights for the week of March 19, 2023:

00:51 – Announcements: The Aries New Moon, Intention Setting Workshop, is today (Sunday!). If you cannot join live, you can purchase the recording. Also, Celeste is speaking for the San Francisco Astrological Society about the nodal shift (North Node in Aries) on March 30. All classes can be purchased via Celeste's events page.

01:54 – This week's theme is: The Initiation! Tune in for details on the astrological news of the past week, including the fall of Silicon Valley Bank (check out Celeste's YouTube for more!), and Rihanna's appearance at the Oscars ceremony. 06:20 – The three big things: First, Aries Season begins this week! Aries is a fire sign and the first sign of the zodiac. Fire is associated with inspiration, courage, and confidence. It's cardinal initiating energy, and the beginning of the astrological year. Do watch out for impulsivity and asserting one's own will. How can you have the courage to move your goals forward? Aries is a pioneer and a map maker. Also, at this ingress, Mercury is in Aries, and Mars is in Gemini – this is mutual reception, so they can help each other out. This can give us the words for how we want to take action and share our message effectively to inspire others. Avoid fighting over trivial matters, irresponsibility, and rage incidents. We also have an Aries New Moon at the first degree – so much fresh, new, fiery, bright, inspired energy! What are your intentions for new goals? Use the energy to feel inspired, articulate, and confident. You can achieve your goals!

10:08 – Second, Pluto enters Aquarius on Thursday! Pluto and Aquarius are both known for extremes. Pluto is a transformer. It eliminates, unearths, and has a volcanic force. Aquarius is the sign of technology, science, the internet, birds, and anything that flies (e.g., drones or astronauts). It also rules groups, clubs, friends, Congress and statehouses. Aquarius is also related to society and the collective – will we see more revolutions and/or pushes for authoritarian governments? Pluto transits Aquarius from March 23 to June 11 (staying at 0 Aquarius); it re-enters Capricorn (and gets back to 27 Cap) from June 11 to October 10; it the re-enters Aquarius on January 20, 2024; and retrogrades again in 2024, leaving Capricorn for around 248 years on November 19, 2024.

15:19 – Third, Mars enters Cancer on March 25, after a long 7-month stay in Gemini! It will leave Cancer for Leo on May 20. Cancer is the sign of Mars's fall: People may be more emotionally reactive and passionate. But it's also very creative! It can also be highly sexual (sex as self-care – be safe out there!). Shadow side includes being moody, accusatory, and having a victim mentality. Lean into the imaginative side of the transit.

17:36 – On Sunday, the theme is CHILL. Allow time for rest and relaxation. The Moon enters Pisces at 8:11 am PT.

18:38 – On Monday, the word of the day is BOUNTY. Take note of the abundance in your life. The Sun enters Aries at 2:24 pm PT.

20:57 – Tuesday's focus is ACTUALIZE. Set intentions for what you want to accomplish and then put your plan in action. The Moon enters Aries at 9:01 am PT. New Moon at 0 Aries at 10:22 am PT.

22:05 – On Wednesday, the word is OBSERVE. It’s a cosmically slow day. Watch what is revealed.

22:42 – On Thursday, the theme is EXTREME. News may break that impacts large amounts of people. Pluto enters Aquarius at 5:14 am PT. The Moon enters Taurus at 11:41 am PT.

24:36 – On Friday, the emphasis is CULL. Separate the wheat from the chaff. The Crescent Moon – 9:58 pm PT at 19 Taurus.

26:01 – On Saturday, the word is SLIPPERY. Make sure your shoelaces are tied. Mars enters Cancer at 4:45 am PT. The Moon enters Gemini at 5:41 pm PT.
