053 | Dr. Stu McGill - Everything You Need to Know About Low Back Pain

Dr. Stuart McGill is a renowned expert. In fact, myself and many others would consider him the pretty undisputed authority on back pain. He’s had a profound influence on my own training as well as the programming that I do for people around the world every month. A professor at the University of Waterloo for over 30 years, Dr. McGill’s work generated over 240 peer-reviewed scientific journal papers, contributed to several textbooks, and garnered international awards. His knowledge and expertise has informed leading personal training certifications, core training programs, and prominent workshops like RKC and StrongFit.

Joining me from Canada, Dr. Stuart (or Stu, as he asks me to call him) proves an exceptionally good sport as I throw a number of complex questions his way.
