Words are powerful! For the past four years, I've chosen a Word for the Year.

Choosing ONE WORD to focus on every day, all year long takes intentionality and commitment. The word may sum up who you want to be or how you want to live–and beyond shaping your year, it can truly help to shape you into your best REALSELF. 

Most years, my word has come fairly quickly or easily, but coming into this new year and decade, I struggled to find my word!

To be honest, I was a little frustrated! 

However, just last week a friend said a word aloud and it hit me like a ton of bricks! I knew the word was just for me! 

I'm not certain all that my word will mean this year, but I'm embracing it FULL CIRCLE!
