Meet Marthe Lamp Sandvik, a young star in the shipping industry. She sounds very gentle, but there is in depth knowledge, power and a brilliant mind behind the first impression. 

Marthe is the Chief Operating Officer at Lorentzen & Stemoco, but but she has worked as an oil and tanker analyst as well, despite her young age.

We talk about what happens in the tanker market, how "green shipping" will have an impact, if any, on all crude oil that is being transported around the globe. We discuss the change, the paradigm we are in right now and Marthe has so many valuable input on how the young generation views the shipping industry.
