Luke is building a website. He is using a drag ‘n’ drop website tool. Did you notice that “drag ‘n’ drop” sounds like the word “dragon"?  Contractions in spoken English can be difficult to hear and understand, even for native speakers, especially if the word is new, unfamiliar, or technical. There are several contractions in spoken English that you can hear in this episode.
