While those with "equipping gifts" prepare others' heads and hearts for the work of ministry through discipleship, those with "service gifts" do the hands-and-feet work of ministry. Most of us have several spiritual gifts that the Holy Spirit arranges in "clusters" that help us minister effectively to others in the Church. In this episode, we explore types of service clusters and begin unpacking the nuances of individual service gifts.

In evaluating your gifts, can you discern a particular arrangement that could make you effective in a specific ministry endeavor? Have you identified an underserved "gap" in your parish? Could that be the Holy Spirit inviting you to offer or begin something new?

Remembering that He loves you and that you are in His presence, talk to God about the particulars of your O – Observe step. You may want to write your reflections in your LOVE the Word® journal. Or, get a free journal page and guide in the right-hand margin.

E | Entrust (May it be done to me according to your word!)
