In this episode, we dive into our subconscious to heal our inner child.

So many of the thought patterns we carry with us as adults were formed in our subconscious minds when we were very young. Inner child work is a powerful tool to revisit our younger selves, to heal them, re-parent them, show them the love and attention they needed at that time. In doing so we can energetically alter the timeline of our lives, strip down the layers of our defenses and conditioning, and help our true selves emerge.
