What is the most important thing you can do in a home? I mean, besides building rapport? The answer: uncovering their problem. It's the whole reason they filled out the form and sent it in to you.

If you're new, learning the presentation, overcoming objections, learning underwriting guides and 100 other things can get very overwhelming. The goal is to make a profitable business. If I could make this process simple for you, I would say this: make a friend, learn their problem, expose their problem and offer a solution. That's it.

The rest is just fluff.
