066 | AMA: Exploring Joe’s Daily Supplement Regimen

In today’s AMA episode, I share my current supplement regime and reveal the products I use to optimize my overall health and well-being. Of course, everyone’s nutritional needs are unique so I suggest you take a blood test to check for any specific deficiencies before diving into a supplement regimen.
