I met with Håkan Fagerström, Group Head of Cargo, Tallink Silja Oy, when visiting Helsinki May 16th, 2017. Håkan is a Master Mariner with a sense of IT, programming skills and is not afraid of trying new things. In a way it feels like because he is open to change, he is contributing to developing the industry and since he loves his work so much, I doubt if he ever will be south of Dakkar..
