💭 What are your long held traditions that haven't been questioned or reimagined? How do we become and remain more relevant when everything around us internally and externally is changing rapidly?

We are joined this week by the quadragenarian professional, Ian Ziskin, who has 40 years  cumulative experience in Transformational change. Ian gives us the excerpts from his recent book entitled The Secret Sauce for Leading Transformational Change, on the 25 essays from transformational change experts and 8 interviews with CEOs and other senior leaders in the book – on some common themes  that emerged from all these perspectives. And most importantly, the "Pizzanology".
