Thea Thorstensen used to be a Claims Executive at Skuld, but have now changed and become an Underwriter. She loves her work, you can hear that in her voice, and is definitely a woman that we will see developing the maritime industry into something more and something bigger - if that is even possible.

Thea is one of the ten women to watch for the future according to her peers in YoungShip and I agree with them. It's interesting to listen to Thea, since it was more than 25 years since I was in the same position as she is today. So many things have changed and so many things are unfortunately still the same.
