In 2006 Jimella Tunstall was a Mother of three with a fourth child on the way and her best friend Tiffany hall was also expecting her third child. On friday  September 15, 2006 Tiffany Hall called 911 with an emergency she had given birth to her daughter in a park............ or so she says.
