I watched the US inauguration yesterday that make Joe Biden Jnr the 46th president of the United States of America. I often say to friends that true democracy does not exist. Listening to the speeches help me put that thought into perspective. What I gained from the speeches was the idea that this is not a perfect democracy but that we are working towards it. This is a wonderful philosophy to consider in our own lives. Perfection is an idea. What matters is the journey and it is so important to make a start, no mattter where that starting point may be. So, forget perfection, why not make a start creating your life as you would like it to be? Why not start that business and see where it takes you? Why not be the parent you would like to be, even if you get it wrong sometimes.

Are you in waiting mode? What are you waiting in anticipation of? Take a look at a calendar that shows the entire year. What would you like to create with your year? Once you start marking off dates you'll notice that the year is at an end before you've even started. If you are a creative Being, which you are, you cannot afford to wait for things to change. Your action is required. So, what are your intentions for this year? How would you like 2021 to end? What steps can you take to get you closer to that?

According to the contemporary spititual teacher Eckhart Tolle, we have an inner purpose and an outer purpose and when we align the two, we find greater fulfillment. What is the thing that you seek and that you could bring forth? Is it time for you to show up? Are you ready to bring you?

Everyone will encounter suffering at some point in life, emotion, physical or spiritual. Are you ready to use it to improve your life and that of others around you?

Is there something that you are searching for in the world but cannot find? What if you are the one meant to bring it?

Life offers so many ways to give us greater awareness, fabulous lessons available everyday from every situation . So, what can a goldfish teach you about life?

We are living through very stressful times and stress builds up over time. I encourage you to take time out each day to check in on yourself and actively release stress from your body.

What would you like to experience at a deeper level but haven't yet gifted that to yourself?
