Pastor, president, CEO. Leadership doesn’t mean just having a title. Good leaders embody leadership qualities that people recognize. Leadership is part of who they are, regardless of the title that they have. In the church, God raises up leaders to serve, lead, and minister to the people so that they can be equipped to do God’s work. Today, Pastor Mark teaches that leaders in the church can be recognized as those who are already ministering to the people, regardless of their title or position.
