Sharyn Sowell creates magic with a pair of scissors. She is an artist whose work is a blend of calligraphy, watercolor, letterpress printing, and cut paper, all done meticulously by hand. I'm so pleased to have her on the show to talk about her process because now Her designs are now found on Fabric with Henry Glass, we are so lucky!

I am really going to learn a lot today! Konda Luckau has fantastic tips for working with precut hexagons by machine, and I love her idea! She creates warm and friendly quilts that are the kind of designs you can make over and over again, including a book of 'big block' quilts which is pretty fun! Plus she has very practical advice for making better quilts.
