But not only does she research it, she lives it and makes it incredibly practical for us as parents.

She highlights a few key truths. For example, did you know that the average teen uses just social media alone for 5 hours a day? Also, why are we not questioning Silicon Valley CEOs who follow the rules of drug dealers? “Don’t get high off your own supply.”
