#10 Trial Practice 101: Expert Tips on Persuasive Use of Trial Exhibits

Listen Later

A former antitrust prosecutor will share insights on how to use trial exhibits effectively. The speaker will share helpful tips for identifying high-impact exhibits, laying the foundation for their admissibility, and using them persuasively before a lay judge or jury.
