Nana is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), Management Consultant (CMC), Certified Master Trainer (Door International), and an expert with 19 years of experience in consulting & HR management in different countries (Russia, Belarus, Tajikistan, Romania, Luxemburg). She is the President of the ICF Armenia Chapter, and the Founder of 8.18 Consulting Special Edition HR Agency.

Nana’s client base includes both small and medium-sized firms and large, multinational corporations. She has conducted people management development sessions for the top and middle management of companies and organizations including Marriott International, HSBC, Central Bank of Armenia, USAID, GIZ, UNDP, and World Bank.

She is a trainer for EBRD Women in Business and EU Erasmus+ Entrepreneurship development programs, a mentor in the US Embassy Mentoring Program, Lecturer at the American University of Armenia and RA Academy of Public Administration. Her main areas of specialization include but are not limited to, leadership development, HR management programs, implementation of agile systems in HR teams, etc.

Welcome to the 65th Episode of the #100MasterCoaches​ Show. In this episode, Mel interviews Andrew Sheridan from Luxembourg.

Andrew is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), holds the Master Certified Coach (ICF), and is a founder, past (and once again current) President of the ICF Luxembourg Chapter. Andrew is a founding partner of several international firms specializing in organizational development and change management, with a strong focus on leadership impact, emotional intelligence, and effective communication.

Andrew’s early career was in international banking, where he spent 10 years working as a sales and relationship manager in the securities divisions of Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank. Managing a portfolio of institutional clients including ABN Amro Bank, Bank of England, and Barclays among others, Andrew went on to become Vice President of Sales for Benelux.

In 2007, he left the corporate world and undertook in-depth study and research in the fields of social science, psychology, and management theory at the Australian College of Applied Psychology in Brisbane. He further strengthened his skills within the coaching arena by pursuing professional accreditation at the highest industry standards, and is also a certified Process Communication Coach, using the tools of transactional analysis to help develop client awareness regarding impact and behaviour.

Andrew is also certified in the use of the Leadership Circle 360 Profile as well as being a Team Diagnostic Assessment Facilitator for Team Coaching International. Andrew is a current senior member of the CTI faculty, delivering coach training programs globally in both English and French, in public and organizational forums. He also carries out Certification, Supervisory, and Examiner roles for students undergoing professional accreditation. Andrew is also part of Google’s Internal Mastery Faculty Team, delivering online and in-person events to their global community.

In recent years, Andrew has worked extensively with General Managers, Country Managers, and Executive Committees in a wide range of industries. Both a Luxembourgish and British national, Andrew has lived in Luxembourg, Germany, Australia, the UK, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. His central European upbringing coupled with an extensive work focus in the Asia Pacific have shaped his strong interest in cultural communication and diversity. Fluent in French and with strong working knowledge of German, Andrew is currently based in both Luxembourg and Hong Kong.

Maggie João has had a career of over 20 years, the first 10 years working in prestigious multinational companies namely Volvo Cars, Nestlé, and Price Waterhouse Coopers. The next 10 years of her successful career were in the Coaching arena, where the pragmatism she brings from Engineering is highly appreciated.

Currently, Maggie is the only Medical Coach (PMC – Professional Medical Coach) certified and with a license (nr.55546) in Portugal and she is also an Executive Coach, a Master Certified Coach (ICF), and Senior Practitioner (EMCC).

Maggie is also a Coaching Supervisor since 2012, helping coaches to grow and continuously improve as professionals, focusing on reaching excellence and the highest quality standards of the profession. She was the ICF Portugal President between 2015 and 2016 and a member of the ICF EMEA Regional Advisory Council in 2017.

Maggie is a published author with 15 books about coaching written in Portuguese, English, and Spanish and she frequently collaborates with magazines on topics related to Coaching. She is also a lecturer of Relational Management, within the Post-graduation program of Engineering & Management developed by the Engineering National Charter and IST.

The fact that she has lived and worked in 12 countries, grants her a vast cultural experience, which distinguishes her in the Coaching world.
