Welcome to the 55th Episode of the #100MasterCoaches Show. In this episode, Mel interviews Laura Fierro Evans, MCC from Mexico.
Laura contributes to building cultures in which all the voices of a system are listened to and are being listened; in which the wills align towards achieving a common goal, and collaboration and caring for each other constitutes the prevailing spirit.
