Welcome to the 46th Episode of the #100MasterCoaches​ Show. In this episode, Mel interviews Inga Bielińska, MCC.

Motivational. Passionate. Dynamic – these words are often used by her clients to describe her coaching style as she partners them to achieve their goals.

Inga is a Master Certified Coach and she works with leaders from all over the world who undergo change, both organizational and individual, and desire to thrive managing remotely and culturally diverse teams. Welcome to the 45th Episode of the #100MasterCoaches​ Show. In this episode, Mel interviews Catherine Tanneau, MCC.

Catherine is the Chair of the ICF Global Board for Professional Coaches 2021 and the Past-President of the ICF French chapter, the CEO of Variations International, and Dean of Activision Coaching Institute, an ACTP Coaching Training Program.

She is specialized in executive coaching and organizational transformation, and is a Leadership Professor & Academic Director at HEC Executive Education in Paris, rated #1 business school by Financial Times, she is also a speaker and an author of various books and articles. She is also the co-founder of the digital platform Welead Grow (coaching and micro-learning).

As a Certified Board Member since 2013, she acts as Non-Executive Board Director for an industrial international holding company in Luxembourg and for a Non-Profit Organization in France (Foundation for Childhood Protection), she is also a permanent member of the Strategic and Digital Committees in startups and Investment funds.

She has published a few books out of which the very recent “Coaching for Leaders” (March 21), in French for now; she is also the author of articles and academic publications on leadership, coaching, and digital transformation. She has been invited as a keynote speaker in coaching and leadership events and conferences in France and abroad including China.

Catherine believes in the power of creative vision and of human potential. Having spent more than 16 years abroad, she is multicultural and is fluent in four European languages: French, English, Italian and Portuguese. She has recently acquired notions of Estonian as she is based between Paris and Tallinn and works over the 3 continents regularly. Leda is a Master Certified Coach with more than 20 years of international work experience in profit and non-profit organizations, and academic settings. As a leadership and executive coach, OD consultant, and director of boards, she has supported many companies in implementing important changes and achieving sustainable business results.

Leda is a leadership and executive development partner and founder at UAB L-CON Global, a partner trainer at Coaching Development (London), and at the Professional Effectiveness Management Institute (China).

She has conducted research in the field of human resource development and corporate coaching and revealed those factors, which make various types of leadership approaches and coaching interactions effective and sustainable.

In 2015, Leda became a partner at the Management Institute of Finland, and from 2017 she has been the Head of the Leadership Module at the ISM Executive School EMBA program, where she is still working with C-suite leaders in individual and group settings.

She has received one of the highest presidential awards, Knight’s Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Hungary, served as Chair of the ICF Global Board in 2016, and in 2020 she was awarded the title of “101 Most Fabulous Coaching Leaders” by the World Coaching Congress.

Ebru is an empowering, creative, and growth-oriented ICF Accredited MCC and Certified Professional Co- Active® Coach. She has been coaching individuals, executives, and teams since 2011 by staying true to her life-purpose of ‘unlocking potential’.

Giuseppe is a Master Certified Coach, an ICF Registered Mentor Coach, Assessor, and Trainer, Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), is the Principal of Giuseppe Totino LLC, a leadership development and executive coaching business. For over 15 years, he has worked with leaders and with coaches as a coach, mentor, and learning facilitator.

In 2019 and 2020, as a Subject Matter Expert, he has been part of the Work Team that contributed to the update of the ICF Coaching Core Competencies and the Professional-level (PCC) Coaching Competency Markers.
