Deadly Russian attacks in Ukraine forced civilians to run for their lives in the capital city of Kyiv, as multiple blasts ripped apart busy neighborhoods. The death toll in Iran is rising from a fire at a prison that holds political prisoners, and at least two Americans. Eight people are now confirmed dead from the fire that started on Saturday. In the case of a possible serial killer in California, police say they've arrested the man seen in surveillance video, suspected of killing 5 men since July.
