In this episode, I chat to holistic groomer and aspiring behaviourist (currently with a behaviour certification), Victoria Shepherd, who has questions around communicating the possibility that her patients may be in pain to both the caregiver and the caregiver's vet.

As pet professionals who spend a lot of time with their patients and put their hands on them A LOT, groomers often recognize signs of pain or discomfort. And communicating that to the caregiver and the GP vet can be challenging.
