By request: What's your guys' thoughts on visible tattoos and service techs?

The guys invite Chad back to talk about service workers and face tattoos. The conversation is extended out into the IG universe to hear from some friends in different trades as well. In the end we learn that Andy's nana needs some welding done at her house and Chad is way into Starter hats. Ugh, its a long one lol.
