Chase came across a post by a John Maxwell Leadership expert on social media that resonated with him. It stated, "Perfectionism is overrated. Not only is perfection impossible, it turns people off. People lean away when they think 'I can never be like you.' People lean in when they think, wow, you are just like me". This simple truth hit home, reminding Chase of the multiple ways perfectionism shows up in his life... so he did a little exploration to learn more about it and uncovered three strategies he uses when his desire for perfection creeps in.
