No survivors.....except there were a bunch of survivors. Doesn't matter! That's hardly the biggest problem with this episode when it comes to what does and doesn't go on during a flight.

Sam and Dean take to the skies (much to Dean's chagrin) to battle what seems to be their first EVER demon. I mean. It's definitely the first demon they are directly facing in the show, but like....ever? Seems that way.
