Dana Frank is recognized as one of Portland's most celebrated sommeliers. Her wine list at Ava Gene's were recognized by Food and Wine as one of the best in the country.  With the opening of Dame, she seized the opportunity to showcase natural wines in the unique setting she and partner Jane Smith created. We talk about that opening. Dana also lets Chris off the hook for not being head over heels for her passion.
