In 1988, Lance Ringnald earned the distinction of being the youngest male member of a U.S. Olympic Team in twenty years. He proceeded to became a two-time Olympian and veteran of three World Gymnastics Championships teams and numerous international competitions. Lance earned over 70 medals in international competition during his competitive career that began in 1985.
Lance Ringnald was named the U.S. Olympic Committee Male Athlete of the Year. (1989 & ’90) After retirement from competitive gymnastics, Lance has gone on to do his one-man show on cruise ships that includes gymnastics and his original music. He has also become an expert on memory and this podcast is the beginning of many we will do as Lance teaches us how to improve our memory.
