Welcome back to the Coven of Awesomeness! This week we have our amazing friend Mary Ellen from Nourished by ME on the show! As a nourishment coach,, it makes sense that we would ask Mary Ellen what she's been eating. Renee has been making bacon and egg salad with a bacon fat vinaigrette, Louise has been eating at The Alchemist, which is a super cool Cocktail bar in Glasgow, and  Mary Ellen has been making vegan mac and cheese.

Then we get into this week's topic - sound healing! Mary Ellen talks us through what sound healing is, what you can expect from a sound healing experience, and the benefits of sound healing.

We finish with awesomeness, and Renee is telling us about Mary Ellen's Nourished by the Moon service. Louise is enjoying the rare Scottish Sunshine and Mary Ellen is off on vacation!
