This week, both Renee and Louise are feeling frazzled and exhausted, but that hasn't stopped us from eating awesome food. Renee had a cheeky weekday lunch at Zizi's, and she also made you something that tastes like Christmas but takes 15 minutes to make. And Louise is pleasantly surprised by a fast casual Mexican restaurant in a shopping mall.

Then, they're answering all your burning witchcraft questions in an impromptu Ask Us Anything episode. Renee spills the tea about why she moved to Scotland, they share their thoughts on the rule of three, and they give you lots of tips on how to make an awesome money bowl.

Then, Renee is handling her stress by focusing on the annoying things that won't be in her life anymore. Joy can come later. And Louise gets some surprise feedback from a colleague that makes her feel truly awesome.

Welcome back to The Coven of Awesomeness Podcast. This week, we're talking with health and wellbeing coach Isabel Brown about the real truth about women's health. But first, we need to fuel up with delicious food. Louise found a new restaurant that's an absolute bargain for fancy food. Renee made an awesomely bad lunch choice due to the hazards of being a food blogger. And Isabel is geniusly making multiple meals from one head of cabbage.

Then, we ask Isabel all our questions about women's health. There's so much conflicting information out there, and so many ads telling us what we need and what we should do. Isabel gives us the real talk and the science behind some of the ridiculous claims you may hear on social media. We learned so much, and we know you will, too.

Then, Renee is on the verge of finalizing her house sale, Louise is focusing on what she can control in a week of utter chaos, and Isabel is finding her inner child. We're all finding ways to make life as awesome as we can.
