The conversation around physical intimacy in a marriage is generally one that is kept private. And then when the separation happens a whole new layer of shame, embarrassment and secrecy is added. I want to open that door a bit and shed some light on how closely connected physical intimacy is to emotional intimacy and how that affects a potential reconciliation and how the two connect with each other post separation.
This is my first time broaching this topic and I took it on the fly, so please bear with me. I know there is so much more to discuss here - and I will. This is one I would love to bring some experts in for or potentially have guests share their experiences.
Thank you for listening as always. It matters.
