Remember the advice columns in magazines??? People would write in anonymously looking for advice on certain topics and the writer would write back?!? Well - consider this the same. 

I sent out an anonymous form to my email list asking for anyone to write/vent/seek advice on anything - self love, recovery, BOYS, family, confidence, food freedom, self struggles, finding inner peace.. anything.
