Hi my beautiful listeners!! In today's episode I chat to you about the first two times I followed the guidance of the dream I described in episode 5, where my spirit guides showed me a ritual that allowed me to open up my mind and let spirits in. I call it - opening my 'mind hat'. I felt very vulnerable recording today's episode as it's not something I've heard about anywhere else, so please just keep that in mind and continue to be kind (not that I'd expect anything less).
