On today's podcast, Bonnie Blackstone and Remi Gibbs discuss what it means to be mindful and how to incorporate it in your life. When your mind is full of anxiety, take a moment to ask yourself, "Am I ok in this moment?", if you find that indeed you are, say to yourself, "In this moment, I am ok." This will bring you back to the moment. Consider doing some mindful walking, mindful eating, meditating, doing some yoga and just breathing. Listen in to hear some of the health benefits of living mindfully. And remind yourself to, "Just Breathe".
