The identity of the Pockmarked Killer has been revealed-- 35 years later.  The French police officer's serial rapes and murders wreaked havoc on the city of Paris from the 1980s-1990s.  The highly publicized unsolved murder of 11-year-old Cécile Bloch can finally be closed, along with many others; but we may never know the full extent of his crimes.
