The lone holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy mistrial had previously been arrested for domestic violence, according to NBC10 Boston. The criminal charge was later dismissed, however, there are other allegations of violence against a family member. Five jurors have now been interviewed.
A mother in Illinois has been charged in the death of her 2-year-old son. Corie Walsh allegedly told police she killed her son because he was the "devil" and the "anti-Christ." Prosecutors said she was heavily invested in the Lindsay Clancy trial.
In Colorado, Barry Morphew was allegedly involved in a hit-and-run while out on bond, resulting in more charges and a new $10 million dollar cash bond. Morphew is accused in the 2020 murder of his wife Suzanne, and is set to go to trial in July 2027.
Also in Colorado, Patrick Barnett has been arrested for the murder of his wife, Lindsey, after telling police he found her deceased in the shower with her throat cut. Patrick was arrested later that day after a woman claiming to be his girlfriend called police for a welfare check.
