A LinkedIn survey of 33,000 people revealed that 62% had taken a career break at some point and 35% would like to take a break in the future.

Recently, I was talking to someone close to me who is considering tajing a career break and that conversation inspired this episode. The truth is that for different reasons, a career break is something that comes up in the course of our adult lives, but it means the loss of a paycheck.
