The guys are out this week but we wanted to revisit one of our most downloaded episodes. A year ago Chad joined us as we talked about the next generation of apprentices and how things are changing in the trades. 

Training today's youth has evolved in ways we probably didn't expect. The controversial "Apprentice Pod" concept, first talked about here on the MTGA podcast was introduced by none other than our very own Eric Aune here in this episode!
