A Trip to the Hill

This morning, Jim and his little sister, Liz, went on a trip to the hill.
They filled a big picnic bag with chips, sandwiches, and milk.
The wind was chilly, but the kids didn’t mind.
They skipped up the hill, giggling and singing.
When they finished, they sat still and listened to the birds.
It was a simple, happy day with lots of smiles and sunshine.
