Overthinking - ugh!  I know you’re no stranger to overthinking.  But, are you aware of all of the ways it shows up for you?  In this episode, we’ll talk about ways that overthinking can show up, because recognition is the first step in making change.  Your assignment, should you choose to accept it, is to acknowledge how overthinking is showing up for you -and I’m here to help you!
