This goes against everything we’ve been preaching in all of our past episodes about growing and making progress by way of challenging ourselves and staying out of the dreaded comfort zone, but hear me out. What if we just stick to the things that we are really proficient at, in order to serve those who our skill set is best suited for? _____________________________
In this episode we will discuss: Identifying our own unique strengths & limitations in the PDR craft. Finding our sweet spot, while maintaining a healthy sense of adventure. The importance of continuing to challenge ourselves, while implementing calculated risk.
Recognizing opportunities for growth through challenging our own unique abilities. Winning & Learning Moral of the story: Never challenging ourselves can lead to becoming a slave to supply and demand, while challenging ourselves too much can lead to becoming a slave to our own egos. It all comes down to the needs of the person we are serving. So identifying those needs and serving them to the best of our abilities is ultimately our golden compass.
