A recent survey by the organization for Economic Cooperation and Development surveyed citizens in the more developed nations around the world, what we call the “First World,” and their question was about their attitudes toward climate change, particularly global warming. The survey shows that 60% of those citizens believe that climate change will very likely lead to the end of mankind and it will probably happen in this generation.
Now that doesn’t surprise me because the results of those kinds of polls are often overblown because the whole conversation in the West about climate change is overblown. But how do we think about these issues biblically?
