This inspirational episode is a very special simulcast with Ian Lawton's Workshed Podcast in Ireland!  Ian went through profound sadness following the passing of his 1 day old son Hank in 2011, which led to him exceeding 350 pounds.  Ian eventually found a support group, dropped to around 200 pounds, and began running, eventually completing ultramarathon distances.  Beginning on January 23, Ian will run 10 marathons in 10 days to honor Hank on what would have been his 10th birthday.  Plus, due to Ireland being in a Level 5 lockdown, he will complete these runs on a 400-meter track!  He's raising funds for bereaved fathers, so if you can help, there are links below to direct you to where to donate.
