Chelsea chats about how easy it can be to fall into a “comparison trap,” but then how freeing it can be to focus only on your OWN road and journey (instead of someone in the “lane” next to you).

When she can’t control what is going on in the world DeDe says she can either be defeated/depressed or she can make what small difference she can and “Rise Up!”
