The troupe were once again met by the shadowy figure, who declared that the Dark One—furious about the defeat of the Skinless—had removed the Spiderfolk and brought forth a more dangerous horror: the Lizardfolk. They returned to Happy Town to find the Skinless reintegrating with the citizens and met Paul Rudd, the new mayor. Tyler faced the permanence of his new appearance, he and Shadow Rogue were convinced that Adam would reform his brain-eating ways, but a skeptical Del confronted Adam, who began to regret bonding with Shadow Master. Will the symbiote let him go? I doubt it.
