In episode 115 you meet Helen Buni, who works at the Technical Cooperation Division at IMO and is the focal point for the programme Women in Maritime, the IMO programme on diversity. 

Why did the International Maritime Organisation decide on "Empowering Women in the Maritime Industry" for 2019? And what will happen next year when the theme is something else? Will IMO still be working with the gender issue?
